Hi,

Any suggestions for me?

Thanks a lot

Hi Charles,

The tax percentage can be set through Event Espresso –> Pricing. Then look for the tax option and click on it. This will take you to the pricing editor. You can make changes and then save.

To enable a tax for a ticket, go to the event editor and then scroll to the ticket selector and locate the ticket option that you want to edit. Click on the gear icon which will expand the advanced options area. Then look for the checkbox to enable the tax on this ticket and place a checkmark there.

If needed, repeat this process for other tickets and then be sure to save changes to the event.

Are you referring to the display of the ticket price in the ticket (pricing option) selector?

Hi Lorenzo, i know how i can enable the tax for the ticket. but in this case, the tax added to the price. In germany we must show the enduser price on the website (incl. tax). On the order information or invoice i have seperate price and tax.

Hi Charles,

The ticket selector table should automatically show the price including the tax in the price column. Is that not happening on your site?
