We’re running Version 5.0.7.p of EE and when we view the calendar on the front end, we and the client always gets a good 10-20

Hi Kevin, what type of hosting is your client using and how many events do they have published?

Thank you, We’re trying to replicate the issue with 58 Event, but it loads quickly. Can you try some simple test, like disabling other plugins and check how it affect with the speed.
You can use a plugin such Health Check & Troubleshooting.
Create a database backup just to be safe.
Install that plugin and go to Tools -> Site Health -> Troubleshooting.
Enable troubleshooting mode.
That will de-activate all plugins and switch you to a default theme if your not already using one (but only for you, the logged in admin).
In the admin bar at the top go to Troubleshooting modern -> Manage Active plugins.
Enabled just Event Espresso and the Calendar.
then retest the loading time.
Let us know what happen.
