Gateway Time-Out when opening registrations

I have some people who have made changes to their registration (like what speaker they want to see). However, when I try to open their registration by clicking on their name, I keep getting the message “504 Gateway Time-out openresty/1.7.10.1”. I’m able to modify payment details, but I can’t access the Registration. I am running the most up to date version of event espresso, updated all my plugins, and have tried accessing EE on different browsers and computers. Doesn’t help.

Hi Anna,

A gateway time-out error is something that your host can look into, it may mean one of their servers is down. There’s some specific information about the 504 error here:
