g-recaptcha-response missing

Our site has worked perfectly regarding recpatcha, until yesterday.
Now we are getting a message that “g-recaptcha-response is missing” on almost all event registrations.
I tried updating the recaptcha codes in the event expresso system, and still cannot get through. Google sees the issue as well, but I cannot find what changed on the site in the last 2 days.

Do you have any advice?

It seems invalid key, What we suggest is to regenerate key

You can use the v2. Create a new v2 key here: https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin/create
(Make sure you are logged into the correct Google account)

Select ‘Invisible reCaptcha badge’ and work through the settings.

Then add that new key to your site and retest.

We were using v2 until last night when I updated to v3 trying to resolve the issue.
I reinstalled the v2 codes and still get the same error.

Did you recently update/install Contact Form 7?

Or recently enable ReCaptcha within CF7?

Theres a couple of issues currently.

CF7 is adding recaptcha to all pages, including EE’s checkout.

Within the CF7 your using a different key?

I you temporarily disable CF7 and test it then, does it work?
