Funds not being processed

We’ve had a number of registrations this morning, since renewing our licence, none of the funds have been processed and we have not received an email notification like usual.

Is this normal?

Does it take a while for the new licence to work properly or is the new license not linked up to our account??

Hi Louise,

The license key has no effect on EE’s ability to process payments, it is used for auto updates, so this will not be related to the license key itself.

Can you link me to an event so I can view this please?
