Does EE have the ability look back at past registrations?
For example, We need a database that keeps up with when a student took a home inspection class. Home inspectors cannot get credit for a continuing education class if they have taken that class in the past 3 years. So, it would be great that when someone goes to register for an online class, the system could check the database to see if they have taken it in the last 3 years and tell them that they would not get credit and/or stop the registration process. Is this possible? If this would be a custom development feature, do you have recommended developers that know how to work with EE?
