We need to have a form for submitting event by our frontend users. Is it possible to have a frontend for event creation in EE4? If not, what is the workaround for it?

Hi there,
Event Espresso is not designed to allow for front end event submissions so although its possible with custom development, it’s not something EE has available at this time.
If not, what is the workaround for it?
There are multiple capability checks within EE so you can create users that only have access to ‘their’ events, but again that would require some custom development to create the right role for your use case and they would still need to add those events through the admin rather than the front end.
We do have a feature request ticket for this on our roadmap here:

We are invited to add your vote and any comments on how the add-on would work to that card, we use the roadmap to help prioritize our developments.

Hi there,
Custom development would mean hiring a developer to build out the feature for you, it’s not something we can discuss on the support forums.
