Hi,
I’m looking to add your plugin to our avada based website, but I have a couple of questions:
-is there a possibility to have a Front-end admin, who can edit and add events? (Can this person also see who registered?)
-can we import events? (Csv?)
-is there a way to accept other payments? For example cash and bank transfer? Or is this only possible with an add-on?

Currently Event Espresso does not allow for front end event management however EE has many capability checks built in, meaning you can create custom roles that only have enough access to the WP admin (and EE) to create the events and view registrations if you prefer.

Not currently.

Event Espresso comes with Invoice, Bank Draft (EFT), Cheque, PayPal Standard and PayPay Pro built into core so you can use any of those without needed to purchase another add-on.
Have you signed up to Test Drive Event Espresso 4? You’ll then get access to the plugin so you can see if it suits your needs.
