Hi there
We have installed eventespresso with our “everything licence including the licence key” at our development page for testing and for preparing the messages and so on.
We think to go live with the page in about 3 weeks, but the live page does not have the same URL as the development-page. I hope, it is possible to change and to set the same licence key at the live-page?

Hi Markus,
The support license key provides support and updates for one site at a time so you can’t use the key on both.
However, when ready to move over you can simply remove the key from your dev site and add it to the live site, then request a key reset on your account page to re-link the license.
