Free tickets and Pricing questions

Hi,

I’ve a free ticket on my event and a pricing question asking for donations via radio buttons (€2, €5, €10) on this ticket.

When a customer clicks the add donation radio button the donation is added to the Total Txn cost but not the final price and the customer is not redirected to a payment gateway (stripe in this instance).

Can you help me resolve this issue?

Hi Tim,

How do you have the donations set up with radio buttons? I’m assuming you are using the 3rd Part price modifier add-on from Aparna?

If so you’ll need a value set on the ticket to force EE to show the above options as EE is detecting the ticket has 0 price and not loading the payment methods, then the transaction is updated after the check has taken place.
