free of charge event – no notifications were sent to the event manager

Hi,

we use event espresso to manage all our events and the subscriptions. One of the events is free of charge. It is the only one, where we get no notifications of subscriptions from the interested participants.

The notifications are sent to the email, which confirm to the shortcode [co_mail]. All events are assigned to the event manager, only the free of charge event is assigned to the virtual assistant, who has created the events in event espresso. No one gets any notification, neither the virtual assistant nor the adressee who is listed in the configuration settings.

I can’t found any error. Please give me a hint, where I have to change the configuration.

Hi Daniela,

[co_mail] is that a typo? The message shortcode should be [CO_EMAIL]

Are you using custom message templates for that event or the same template used by all events (the ‘default’ template)?

If you look in Event Espresso -> Messages -> Message Activity, can you see the ‘missing’ emails listed there?
