We have an event with registration starting today, and are in a bit of a panic. See this page to start http://www.innovatemanitoba.com/event-registration/?ee=5 When you get to the confirmation screen, and confirm your registration you are brought back to a blank confirmation screen, which is confusing for the user. I’ve added a javascript alert box to provide confirmation for the time being, but would like a permanent solution. We do have a Thank You page set up as instructed in the screen shot below Can someone take a look? I am not sure why this is happening. I can provide WP Admin access if someone can take a look Third party plugins were disabled, and it still occurs. Thanks! |
