Free delegates

Is it possible to mark someone at the admin end as not needing to pay (I suppose by confirming their registration without adding any payment)? – Without adding a “free” ticket to the user side.

Hi,

There’s a couple of options.

If you are not concerned about the transaction being complete, you could simply edit the registration and set it as approved.

Otherwise you could edit the transaction, add a method such as Cash Delivered Physically, and set the registration as approved.
