1. Venu address line: No space and comma between city and country (states not really required in the UK, so have not set). If states are entered it inserts the state code rather than state name, and still misses space and comma.
2. Dynamic page format: Since the pages are dynamically generated, how can the layout be set to single column, rather than with the right hand colum, or, how can something be added to the right column, to stop the entire sitemap displaying?
3. What is the upper right blue ‘paper’ icon for? It has no link.

Hi Sam,
What happens if you type a comma after Reading in the venue editor and save changes?
This plugin will allow you to specify a full page layout from your theme:
http://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-post-type-page-template/
The blue icon is coming from your theme and you can hide it with this line of CSS:
.espresso_events .postformats {display:none}
The above CSS can go into your child theme’s stylesheet or a plugin like My Custom CSS.
