Layout and style not appearing as expected

Hi
I am using the Jupiter X theme with EE but the pages do not appear to show the expected style settings (table borders missing and some elements like ‘Step 1’ not showing).
I understand that this relates to the theme but is there any advice you may give to fix this please?

may we know when this issue started? are you using that theme before and you just had this issue today?
Do you see any error log? have you tried if there’s plugin conflict existed? We will also check if its a theme conflict?

You can use https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ or any similar plugin.
You can do the above using Troubleshooting mode:
Tools -> Site Health -> Troubleshooting -> Enabled Troubleshooting mode.
That will disable all plugins and switch to a default theme and then allow you to enable specific plugins troubleshooting mode. Once disabled you will revert back to the current state.

Hi Rio
I have installed the health check plugin and only activated EE with the base theme but the formatting still appears as it shouldn’t
I have a new set up on this account (wendalU62024) with WP and JupiterX theme.
I have used EE for few years under a different profile (koopmanw) with another theme with no major issues – I have two EE profiles (one for work-related matters and one for private jobs)

ok, I don’t have experience working with that theme. But it seems a builder, maybe we’re missing to enable the header and footer layout of it?
Can i look on your site? Or clone it in my local for some testing? or if you have staging site, that would be great.
