How are you today? Do you have a support license for gridtronics.ca? I see that the existing license key you have is assigned to a different domain. We can only support one website with each license key.
How long have you been using Event Espresso 4 on that site and have you made any recent changes? I see that the ticket selector is being duplicated and that’s not normal.
Did you change themes recently? Can you deactivate your current theme and activate a more stock theme like 2014 or 2012 and let us know how things look?
Can you tell us what other plugins you have activated?
