Currently, the address is prompted twice to enter the billing address for chargeable bookings. Is it possible to accept the address by clicking on the second query if the personal address and the billing address are identical. This could also be filled in from the stored data. This would simplify the whole process considerably.
Could you please create a test event we can register onto to view the problem, you can set the event to be password protected and include the password in the forum post if preferred.
Unfortunately I can’t show the problem because I can’t find functionality.
Therefore the question: “Can an address that has already been entered be taken over directly in a second query or by clicking if the address is identical?
Is there a setting option for this via the plugin?

Depending on what ‘the second query’ in this case is, it may be possible to do this via a hook. If for example the address is requested on the registration form adnt hen on the payment options.
If it’s the address being requested twice on the same registration form then you would need some custom jQuery to copy the address from X fields to Y fields (which could use a button). It’s not a feature we have within Event Espresso currently but if your are working with a developer shouldn’t be too difficult for them to add in.
Can you add a screenshot that shows where the 2 sets of address fields are being requested?
