We have chosen one of our payment options to be ‘Invoice Payment’ option and when the visitor clicks that image and the text opens out, there is a live link “Download PDF Invoice” but when that is clicked a page opens out with an error message on it:

How do I make this work properly?

Hi Miranda,
The error is stating that the location of the image is incorrect or that it cannot access the image.
It looks like it is going to this address http://l-antiques.co.uk/yep_3/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/yep-europe-logo-pos-thumbnail.jpg which is missing the first part of the URL.
Please check the URL in the Payment Settings, Invoice section.

Dean, thank you again! You were spot-on, that was the problem. Now works beautifully 🙂
