the theme we are using is Alexx. After the last update, When anyone tries to register for an event, after completing the required fields and hitting register, the following Error pops up: FirstName is required value error”

when i try to upgrade to the .39.p version, it fails. According to the white paper in documents i have to delete my events espresso plug in. Which quite frankly terrifies my.

Can you try updating to .39 again? If it fails to download the files (usually due to a network issue) it will stop there. You can try to upgrade again later though.

the file downloads fine. the when i upgrade it fails. Do I have to delete my current plug in.

Hi Dana,
If you go to your account page, look just below your license keys and you’ll see a link to redeem your support token.
This will direct you to a form you can use to sends all of the required details.

I was able to update via the dashboard. this resolved the issue.
