I’m having issues with people seeing “First Name Required” after they have already put in that type of information. I’ve read through all of your forums on this issue. People can register for an event if he/she is logged in. However I do not have an integration plugin

Hi Frances,
If they’re having no trouble when they’re logged in, but can’t register for an event if logged out, then it’s likely your site has some code that’s breaking the form validation, and the code only runs when the user is logged out of the site.
There are a few possible causes to this issue. You can rule these out one by one:
1) A theme conflict. You can rule this out by temporarily switching to the default WordPress theme.
2) A plugin conflict. You can rule this out by temporarily deactivating any other installed WordPress plugins.
