Hello, I am a new user and I have hit the wall in my first event setup. I think I am close, but when I click on the register now button the system cycles back on its self. Can you help me find my setup error?

Hi there,
If you go to Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Critical pages
Can you post a screenshot of that page please?

It looks like your checkout page is set incorrectly – http://take.ms/ysOPg
If should link to a page that only has the [ESPRESSO_CHECKOUT] shortcode on it, by default that would be the registration-checkout page, but on your site that doesn’t exist.

Hello there, here are some screen shots. The page is linking to registration-checkout. I have also check and I do have that page on mysite.
Any other ideas?

Hi there,
I checked and the registration-checkout page loads correctly for me. That said, I’m not able to view your video so if there’s a step by step way to replicate the issue, can you outline those steps?

You will see that what you click register now there is no action.

You’ll need to select a ticket quantity before you click on the Register Now button.
