You can do either actually. What you do is you create a new ticket and price it at 0.00, then you set the ticket quantity to 5. Or if you prefer, you set a price at 20% off and set the ticket Qty field to 20. Then the ticket selector will show that new price option, but it will sell out once the quantity limit is reached.
