I have sucuri webproxy firewall. I have the same issue as someone else in here that went unresolved. With the firewall, I cannot complete any transactions. When I turn off the firewall, I can. I need to know exactly what to whitelist.

Hi,

For caching we recommend white listing these:

/events/
(please note if you have modified the events CPT slug, you need to whitelist that as well)
/registration-checkout/
/transactions/
/thank-you/
/registration-cancelled/
/register/

I’m assuming it should be the same/similar for the firewall.

I tried whitelisting those URLs, but the same problem persisted. I whitelisted them both on the caching side and on the firewall side. I actually whitelisted the entire plugin directory from both sides also, problem persisted.

I had to move the entire site off of the firewall in order to continue allowing registrations. Any other suggestions? I need to get the site back behind a firewall.

Hi Jordan,

From your WP Dashboard, if you go to Securi Security.

Then look within the firewall section and check the Firewall logs.

Do you see any entries for any of the above slugs?

Can you let us know at which point does the registration fail? Is when selecting tickets? Making a payment etc?
