Filtering transactions/registrations to show 'unpaid' Invoices

Hello,

My client is trying to quckly see a list of which registered attendees have selected to pay by invoice, but have not yet made a payment.

Is it possible to filter either the ‘Registrations’ or ‘Transactions’ screen to just show ‘Invoice’ transactions that have not yet been paid? (All events have a Default Registration Status of ‘Approved’).

Many thanks for any help you can provide.

Hi Shaun,

Thank you for contacting us.

If you want to find the incomplete payments under the registration then you need to go to the registration tab and there you need to select the “Pending payment” option from the Status filter: https://tinyurl.com/2gjrrzbs

Also, under the transaction, you can find the incomplete transaction tab: https://tinyurl.com/2nva24hr

I hope that helps.

Hi there,

If your DRS (Default Registration Status) is set to Approved, then the method Sam recommended won’t work for you here.

We don’t currently have a way to filter the registrations based on selected payment method but I do have a snippet that allows you to specify the transaction status to filter.

So if they are Approved with a TXN Status of Incomplete, you know they are unpaid. Its not exactly what you are requesting but gets you about 90% of the way there.

Try adding this snippet:

To a custom functions plugin, we have some documentation on creating one here:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/create-site-specific-plugin-wordpress-site/

Then go to Event Espresso -> Registrations and you’ll see a new filter you can use there (dropdowns at the top of the table).

Hi Tony and Sam – thanks both for your replies.

Thanks particularly for the pointer on the functions/plugin. I’ll give this a go and come back if I have any questions.

Thanks again for your time – much appreciated.
