Can EE block the general public from registering for a program (a class that holds 10 students for example) during a certain time window, while simultaneously allowing only those 10 students the opportunity to re-register?
After this special time window has passed, the general public can then sign up.

Hi Dave, this is possible using the Ticket Reservation Time feature in Event Espresso 3: http://cl.ly/image/1Q0u2M3p2p0s
However, they would need to begin registration for them to be temporarily reserved.
