Hello,
I am trying to run a filtered CSV report for my registrations. Last week this worked fine. Today the “filtered CSV” button is missing from Event Esspresso registrations page. Why?
SO my only option is to run the “all registrations CSV” report…do not want this.
How can I get this option back on my screen? I have refreshed and logged back in

Hi there!

Thanks for contacting us.

We already knew about this. Our development team is working to have it fixed as soon as possible – the “All CSV Report” button should be changed dynamically when it’s filtered by date and time.

Hello,
And now not all the data/fields are not in the “all csv report”. So basically I can not get any of my data that I need.
This is really creating a problem for us. Please provide assistance as soon as possible.

Hi Larua,

Hi there,

As of v4.10.30.p the ‘Filtered CSV Report’ button has now been merging into a single report button.

However, we did find an issue with v4.10.30.p which could prevent the filters from being applied when clicking the export button and made some changes in v4.10.31.p+ to fix that.

I can see your site is currently running .30, please update to the latest version and try running a registration export with that version, does it work as expected for you then?

If not I can provide a link to download version 4.10.29.p so that you can run the export and we can investigate this issue further.

Note if you don’t currently see an update for Event Espresso on your site currently, on the site go to Dashboard -> Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Make no changes and hit save to force an update check.

The update should then show in Dashboard -> Plugins.
