Filtered CSV Report Error

Hello, I have been trying to create filtered CSV reports all morning and I keep getting error messages. First message said the action cannot be completed. I waited and tried again and it stopped and said “The file will download automatically when done, and then you will be redirected.
Registrations report started successfully… An error occurred and the job has been stopped.”

Hi there,

The errors you’ve mentioned mean an error is being thrown on the server side which should show in your servers error logs, you’ll usually have a section in your host’s control panel to view the error logs so can you see any errors from EE there when you try to run an export?

If not, you can add this snippet:

to your sites wp-config.php file to log any errors.
