Filter for Registrants with a Minimum of 10 Tickets

During our events, we give special recognition to registrants who bought at least 9 additional tickets for unique people/ guests (plus, 1 ticket for him or herself to make it at least 10 total tickets) for a single event.

Sometimes registrants do not select all 10 tickets in one sitting; maybe he or she will get 5 tickets a one time, and then revisit to get another 5 tickets for that same event.

We are looking for a way to filter through a single event’s registrations to easily identify those who qualify for this recognition. Is there a way to do this or would we need to look into custom coding?

Thanks for your help!

Hi there,

You’ll need custom coding whichever way you do this as we don’t have a filter built into Event Espresso that will filter based on the number of registrations. However, depending on how you need to do this it may be fairly simple to add. For example, adding an additional filter to the registration list to filter registrations based on group size would be fairly straight forward.

So say you wanted to view all groups of registrations with 4 or more in the group, you could have a filter of say 1-10 and select 4, then filter. You would then only see registrations in groups of 4 or more and could filter by name to work through the above.

I’m not sure if that would work for you but we could likely add the above using a support token.
