Dear support,
I created a question in our registration form but it doesnt show up in the front end when registrations are made.
The questions ID is 24.
It is supposed to be shown in the registration form front end after question ID 22.
Can you please help me?

Hi there,
Have you set your question to a question group and then set that question group on the event? (Or just added the question to a group already requested).
EE works with ‘question groups’ which are basically just a way of grouping questions and you then select which question groups you ask registrants, so individual questions need to be set on a group to be request.
Go to Event Espresso -> Registration Form -> Question Groups.
Edit the question group you have Question ID 22 within and include it in that group, then save.
Now refresh/re-register onto the event, does it show now?
