Hi Guys.

I have a few questions.

1) Whenever I upload my CSV file no seats are added. I simply modified your sample.csv so i can’t work out the problem. Any ideas what I could be doing wrong? Here’s screenshot of my .csv : http://screencast.com/t/HeCAtfnHG

2) I need to set multiple ticket prices per seat. I’ve seen another thread that says this isn’t possible. Please say this isn’t true.

3) When using the seating plan I don’t seem to be able to set “Additional Attendee Registration info?” to None. See video: http://screencast.com/t/bptJUcVVaC

Thanks

Hi,

1) I copied your structure, more or less the same and had no issues. Are you definitely saving it as CSV?

2) This isn’t currently possible, sorry.

3) This is correct. If you have No Info Required, the person isn’t set up in the database, which means there is nothing to attach the seat to, so the plugin forces data to be collected. I have raised a ticket for the developers though as it seems Personal Info cannot be selected either. This is perhaps by design but I will get further info on it.

Thanks for the reply.

I’ll try the saving again but i’m sure it is a CSV.

With regards to point two this is a big problem for me. Can I pay for the development of this?

Hi,

Let me know how the import goes.

We have a customization review form here – https://eventespresso.com/contact/customization-request-form/ – please fill it out and we can get back to you about it.

Thanks.

The CSV still isn’t working. Can I email you it or something?

Hi Alex,

Yes you can send the CSV to support at eventespresso.com

Hi Alex,

Thanks for sending the chart. It was kind of strange because it didn’t load up for me either at first. So what I did was open the .csv file you sent me in TextMate, copied the contents of the file and pasted it into a new file and saved as .csv. Then it uploaded as expected. It may be there was a hidden character around line 22 that the spreadsheet app added or the csv export was corrupted somehow. I’ll mail you a copy of your chart that worked for me.
