I need fetch some infos from the Attendee at the payment options screen, how can I accomplish that?

The payment options screen is part of the Single Page Checkout module buried pretty deep in the plugin. Can you provide some more detail on what it is that you are trying to do? There are a number of hooks built into that module that you could use without modifying the core code. If there are not enough hooks to accomplish what it is that you are trying to do, let us know and we can see about adding some more in. You can take a look in modules/single_page_checkout/EED_Single_Page_Checkout.module.php if you like.

Hi,
I’ve taken a look at the various hooks in that area, and I cannot see anything which would provide access to the attendee data at the point when the payment can be altered.
I’ll put in a feature request for a hook/filter or to modify the existing ones.
