When I upload a featured image, it does not show up either in the event dashboard or in the front end on the calendar. I have the latest versions for all the add-on as well as the main event plugin running.
The website is https://www.jacksonartnh.com and if you go the the calendar https://www.jacksonartnh.com/calendar/ and you will see no image for JAN 31st event
What is going on that the image won’t show.

Hi Melanie,
The Event Espresso 3 event editor uses the older WordPress media uploader, which may require an extra click to set the image URL. After you upload the image, you’ll likely see a settings panel that looks like this screenshot:

somewhere along the way the Link URL selection was set to something other than “File URL”. If it’s set to None or Attachment Post URL the event will display the blue box you were seeing.
After you upload the image, you’ll click the File URL button to set the correct Link URL. Then you click the Insert Into Post button.

HI Josh,
That helped a lot. One issues I see on a regular basis is that when we have a event on 2 consecutive days, the image gets cropped off. Any reason why it would do that.

Hi,
I checked and it looks like there may be a stylesheet conflict. The challenging thing about this is there are a number of stylesheets loading there. We can look into this further, but so far this looks like something unique on your site. So it’s not something we can replicate on one of our development/testing sites.
