Hello,
it is possible with EventEspresso to achieve this, and if yes, how much modification is needed to the standard package:
– Allow front-end event submission if user role is “organizer”
– Allow a single attendee to register more than one person and have that correctly reflect in the attendee totals
– Allow event organizers to edit their events on the front end
– Allow attendees to register without creating an account

Hi there Helen, front-end event creation and editing is not available in Event Espresso 4 at this time.
A registrant could register additional attendees at the time of their registration and creating an account for registration is not required.
Specifically, Event Espresso needs just a name and an email for a registration to process. If you would like to collect custom questions, then you could also do that as well.
