Hello

Can you provide more information about when or how this error is triggered?

If you are creating or editing an event/ticket, can you review the event or ticket details being saved, especially ticket names or descriptions. Ensure values are within reasonable lengths and don’t contain special characters?

We did create a lot of tickets today. We didn’t do anything out of the ordinary though.

We’d love to help but we need more information.

1) Can you provide more information about when or how this error is triggered?

2) Are there any special characters, or especially long, ticket names or ticket descriptions?
