Hello, we have a site that is throwing the following error on some of the events:

Can you tell us how we can reproduce the error? Are you creating event when you experience this issue? Can you shoot a video for us? and we will also recreate it from our end.

Hi Rio,
The error is only happening on some events, and it occurs when you click on an event to goto the Edit Event page.

We always receive authentication failed, it could be because the host address we’re putting is wrong, as we did not receive anything from you asside from the username and password.
we suggest to fill again the form we sent.
