Just purchased. Installed successfully. Hosted on 1and1 which states I have 80 MB in my account profile (Business package)
Upon activation of EE here is the error
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 27525120) (tried to allocate 4864 bytes) in /homepages/12/d243876291/htdocs/TestSite/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/includes/form-builder/index.php on line 3
At this time, dead in the water. Your help would be appreciated

You should try increasing the PHP memory for WordPress. The file where this can be set is wp-config.php. See this guide for more info:
