Fatal Error + 2 others

Hello! A couple of issues when I went to the one-button install:

  1. The plugin page says that I do not have my site license in General Settings. I double checked, and my site license is there.
  2. When I hit upgrade, none of the messages that says I need to upgrade disappeared. If you click on “View Version Details,” it says the latest version is installed.
  3. Error message:
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING or ‘(‘ in /home/content/04/8779804/html/wp-content/plugins/windows-azure-storage/windows-azure-storage.php on line 63
