Can we have our tickets integrate with Protecht (FanShield) insurance?
This is a feature that would be useful to all ticket events. Please contact me so we can make this feature happen

Hi there,

Apologies for the delayed reply.

I checked into this and currently, we don’t have the capacity to work on custom integrations. Whilst it likely is possible to integrate with Protecht/FanShield there will be a fair amount involved to track the purchase through EE and store the details for the policy with the ticket etc.

If you are looking for a developer to build this out for you we recommend the folks at Codeable.
