My client is seeing what we believe is a false “decline” on a customer payment via credit card. You can see in that Jenny Veit shows with a payment status of declined. However, when my client checked the Authorize.net reports there was no record of it being declined
Do you have situations where you record a payment as declined even if authorize.net does not?
There should be a record of the transaction in uploads/espresso/logs/espresso_log.txt. Can you look in there and find the transaction and see what response authorize.net sent?
