We are having intermittent problems and can not track the cause. It appears to be effecting 10% of our ticket sales attempts but we can not reproduce the error or determine its cause.
The kind of message we are getting from our customers is:
“having trouble finalising payment.
After opening Paypal and submitting payment I receive the following error message.
Fatal error: Class ‘EE_Processor_Base’ not found in /home/studioki/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/EE_Payment_Processor.core.php on line 16 “
They would have seen that error message only if the site had Event Espresso 4.9.35.p. Have you updated to the current version of Event Espresso since then?
You should be able to confirm if your server logs PHP errors.
