Failed Transactions (3)

Hi,

I opened my site today (http://coda.escoladedados.org/) for transactions and a major part of transactions (31 from 43) are pending and marked as a failed transaction. Apparently part of the users tried to pay with Paypal Express, but the transaction was not completed.

Do you know what was going on and what should be done to improve the payment process and success transactions?

Hi there,

Is there a way you can contact them and find out if they had any trouble on PayPal’s site? One potential gotcha that can happen is if they or someone else used the computer/device to log into PayPal.com, PayPal will keep track of this and only give them the option to log into a PayPal account to pay. If there wasn’t any tracking from PayPal.com, then PayPal will display an option to pay by credit card without a PayPal account (also known as Guest Checkout).
