Please check the picture. This person had 3 failed transactions and then 4 completed transactions. What is happening with the failed transactions? Are these abandoned or the credit card is not going through? If credit card is not going through, why is that happening?
We can’t tell what/why this has happened from that screenshot.
Have you had any reports of issues from the user themselves?

The screenshot shows 2 registrations from a group of 7, all assigned to the same transaction. Did the user try to register onto 7 tickets 3 times and they failed?
I’m not sure how 3 failed transactions and then 4 complete would work, do you mean registrations?

A ‘failed’ transaction (shown by the red transaction date – http://take.ms/4IXV6) does not indicate a failed payment. However without some form of error we cant see what happened.
If you open the transaction (click the red text from the screenshot) do you see any payments there?
