I ran a test registration and got this error. We just moved our security to Sucuri monitoring. I do have the pages set to non-cache. The full text is:

Hi Michael,

The error is caused by a security setting where something is blocking the loading of images from your server when the Receipt is requested.

Usually we see this error if the iThemes Security plugin has the “Enable Hackrepair Blacklist” feature activated, but anther security plugin may have a similar setting.
