I work for Opus IVS. We had a person in our web content manager job who decided to use Event Espresso with a WordPress site we created to collect payments from people who wanted to register and pay to attend our live training classes.
The person in the website content manager job left the company and her job was passed over to me. I have no idea how to configure or administer Event Espresso and I keep getting complaints from people telling me that they can’t make a payment and they’re getting an error. Can you please help me out here?
We’re losing out on money and I need to fix the problem. I keep getting complaints and emails from people who are asking why it’s not working.
I don’t know Event Espresso at all. Where do I check for your response to my support token request? Can you tell me where I need to go to find your follow up to my request?
