Fail to apply tags to both primary and guest from Event Espresso plugin on WP

We are currently using the custom field to apply the infusionsoft tags to participants. We used to have the custom field option on the event page to apply the tags, but now it’s gone. Does anyone know how to add the infusionsoft tags to people who have registered?

Do you mean how to apply the infusionsoft tags to existing contacts in Infusionsoft, or how to restore the custom field editor box?

If the latter, have you tried deactivating all plugins other than Event Espresso and its add-ons?
