Extended Registration Date, but Cannot change event to Publoshed

We extended the time to register for an event, but the event still only allows for SOLD OUT, even though the PUBLISHED option is available.

Hi there,

If the event is showing sold out it means you don’t have spaces available.

Can you add a screenshot of your Datetime and ticket options?

Where you able to figure it out? I dont see any sold-out on the event you shared.
