Exporting the csv file to an excel or word template?

Hello, I am trying to print out class lists for our instructors. We are running 30+ classes so I am trying to come up with a solution to easily print the name/child/name phone/class name etc…in a word or excel template without having to export the 20 fields and deleting the fields not needed for each class. I was trying to use a mail merge in Word and it worked but the title headings have to repeat for each student. any ideas? thank you

Hi there,

Is it the same values you want removed from the CSV for every event?

You could create a custom functions plugin to filter out the values in the CSV directly, then you just export the standard Registration report and you’ll only have the values you want.

Would that work?

Note that to disable that filtering you’d need to disable the plugin with that snippet, so if you wanted a full report you need to disable the plugin, then export.
