exporting registrations failure

Hi

Ive recently renewed license, and upgraded all plugins.

However when I try to export a csv of registrations it says its creating the file, including the flie name, I see a quick downloading link, then it dissapears, leving me no way to get the created file

ftp into server and i cant find the file anywhere

“File generation complete downloading and redireting
Registrations report started succesfully
Wrote 50 rows to csv
Wrote 43 rows to csv”

then NOTHING, back to registrations page

please help!

Hi there,

Are you using Chrome to test this?

If you test using another browser does it work?

Go to Dashboard -> Settings -> General

Do both the ‘WordPress Address (URL)’ and ‘Site Address (URL)’ fields show http or https?
