Exporting registrations errors

An error occurred and the job has been stopped. Please refresh the page to try again.

This info kept showing up whenever I try to export the registrations to CSV file!

I bought a support token, but I don’t know where or how to contact for help

Provide all of the requested details on that form and we’ll get this fixed up for you.

Just to note, I’ve merged your 2 treads together.

I assume this is the issue you have purchased a support token for? If not just add the details i the form for the issue at hand and we’ll get it fixed either way.

We haven’t had any support token requests come in from your account so I just wanted to check in and confirm if this is still an issue?
