Hi,
The exported file has multi duplicate attendees. For example: I do have 14 attendees, ones I click export, and than check the file there are 34 line instead of 14. Some of them are like 3-4 lines with the same information. Is this a bug, or is there any way to fix that. We are planning to have 3000 attendees and if the system will duplicate or even 3-4 times the same attendees, this would be a huge post job to get rid of duplicates. Thanks

Hi Paul,

Can you let us know which version of Event Espresso you are using? Along with that, are the attendees where you see them on more then one line part of a group registration (where they bought more than one ticket?)

We are using the latest EE3 Version. No, it is all individual tickets, there are 14 individual tickets, but when you do exporting there are 34 line. For example: the last ticket uses for lines of the same information.
Thanks

Hi Paul,

I’m having trouble understanding what you mean by the last ticket uses for lines of the same information. Can someone from support staff take a look at the WordPress admin? If so, please send WordPress admin level log in credentials via the contact form on this page:

Hi Josh,
It has something to do with the ticketing plugin. I made a screenshot of the exported file with the ticketing plugin activated, and as you can see there are 34 lines.
Here is the link:

Now with the ticketing plugin deactivated, and as you can see it exported correct now. 14 attendees and 14 lines in the exporting file.

I hope you’ve got the picture.
Thanks

Hi,

I ran a few tests on a development server and couldn’t replicate this issue.

What version of the Ticketing add on do you have installed please?

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?

If so, please send them via https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level, and FTP details are appreciated.

Hi,

Thanks for the login details. Using Adminer (now removed) I looked at the attendee data, but there was nothing there that showed any correlation between the affected attendees.

I think we need to troubleshoot to rule out any possible conflicts. Please can you disable all plugins except EE and see if the issue persists?

If it does NOT, then activate the plugins one by one checking the export issue each time.
